Founded by Aaron Trotman, NON creates 0% alcohol wine alternatives with a base of unripe grape juice, or verjus. With Semillon grapes from the Barossa Valley as the starting point, dehydrated oranges are added before a 5-hour infusion with their pith and skins. The sweet, candied taste of the oranges is balanced with a touch of bitterness and acidity to produce a refreshing wine alternative that is further seasoned with yuzu and cinnamon.

We also offer the option to collect from any of our shops at no extra cost. All Mainland UK orders should be delivered within 1-3 working days.
