Produced from partially sun-dried Pedro Ximenez grapes, Glotonia is rich, unctuous and sensuous with melting fruitcake, prunes, caramel and toffee flavours that cascade down your throat. A great match for Christmas pudding.

The Millenium was a really good vintage in the Douro, and looks likely to be the best vintage since 1994 Port. Rich, bold and spicy with firm tannins and great concentration. A rich, full wine of great balance and potential. Drink 2012-2030.

This port is from wonderfully hot vintage and needs cellaring time to show its true potential. Savoury, spicy structure underneath the fruit on the nose. Quite concentrated on the palate. Nice balance between the smooth sweet fruit, the fine-grained tannins and the spiciness on the finish. There are some subtle ‘old wood’ notes, too. A tasty wine. Very good with excellent potential once mature. Drink 2020-2030.

Scoring 88/100 Parker points and from the excellent 1966 vintage, this port ""excels in its magnificently complex, intense bouquet of plummy, cedary, spicy fruit and long, broad, expansive flavors. With its lush, seductive character, one might call it the Pomerol of Vintage ports.""
