A vintage character port from the acclaimed dessert wine producer Andrew Quady. Renamed 'Starboard' for selling to Europe this is an amazing Californian fortifed wine at an amazing price. Thirty year old vines of Tinta Roriz with a little Tinta Cao & Tinta Amarela thrown in are aged in cask for 3-5 years and therefore require no bottle aging making this ready to drink now.

This finelt crafted and award winning tawny port is delicate and versatile- particularly when served chilled.

This Port is aged in oak casks for 2 years, then in bottle for a further 3 years. Approachable, dark and smooth.

Showing good age with toasted caramel and brown sugar and dark fruits on the palate.

Warm, aromatic, really sweet ripe fruit.

Aged for 20yrs in seasoned oak casks, this is nutty and concentrated. Serve chilled.

The Millenium was a really good vintage in the Douro, and looks likely to be the best vintage since 1994 Port. Rich, bold and spicy with firm tannins and great concentration. A rich, full wine of great balance and potential. Drink 2012-2030.

This port is from wonderfully hot vintage and needs cellaring time to show its true potential. Savoury, spicy structure underneath the fruit on the nose. Quite concentrated on the palate. Nice balance between the smooth sweet fruit, the fine-grained tannins and the spiciness on the finish. There are some subtle ‘old wood’ notes, too. A tasty wine. Very good with excellent potential once mature. Drink 2020-2030.
