Mas Macia, Cava Brut Nature Reserva NV

A deliciously complex, yet elegant, zero dosage Cava aged on the lees for 22 months. Wood smoke, toast and baked apple on the nose, followed by stone fruit, mineral acidity and finely structured bubbles. Long, savoury and concentrated.

Maitres Vignerons " Les Voiles", Provence 2019

Very pale pink Provence rosé made from Grenache and Cinsault grapes. Enticing aromas of grapefruit, pomegranate and red cranberry leads to a fresh and structured palate. Each sip ending with a long, ample refreshing finish.

Tabali, Pedrogoso Gran Reserva Viognier 2017

This Viognier from Chile has rich aromas of orange peel, fresh pears and white peaches. On the palate the floral, honeyed and citrus flavours are complemented by chalky minerality, so typical of Limari. Bright and expressive.

Pounamu Sauvignon Blanc, Marlborough, New Zealand 2017

Pounamu is a single vineyard Sauvignon that offers all the key characteristics of the Marlborough region. Fresh herbaceous and tropical fruit characters burst from the glass, leading to a mouth-watering, clean finish.

Pot a Cab Sav, Continental Platter 2019

The Pot a Cab Sav is 100% Margaret River biodynamically-farmed fruit on ironstone soil. The nose is appealing, flaunting aromatics of bell pepper and peppercorn and flavours of coffee, blueberry and dark chocolate.

Adega Mengoba, Brezo Mencia 2018

Gregory Perez's delicious Mencia from Bierzo has a soft, velvety texture with ripe red and dark fruit flavours lifted by Mencia's brisk acidity. A small amount of Garnacha Tintorera (aka Alicante Bouschet, once widely planted here) gives the wine its more generous, round feel.
