San Simone was founded in Friuli by a family that has always believed in the extraordinary oenological potential of its land and has more than a hundred years of experience in wine-making. A family now in to its fourth generation: a story full of dynamic and resolute characters. Great-grandfather and founder Gino Brisotto, who at the beginning of the last century set the course for San Simone. The next generation, the current owners' grandparents Antonio and Angela further strengthened and expanded it.
Their parents, Gino and Liviana were convinced that to grow and improve, the family must always be open to change, which gave birth to a new production project: San Simone, an adventure that started from the historical Brisotto cellars in Prata and later shifted to the new premises in Porcia, where the company accelerated its pace on the road to quality.
Since then, with smooth generational change, the company has changed hands from father to son, undergoing continuous and constant evolution, both from the technological and commercial point of view. Today Chiara, Anna, and Antonio, the fourth generation, manage San Simone. Together, with pride and tenacity, they are following the exemplary footsteps of their parents, Gino and Liviana who have transmitted their passion and entrepreneurial flare to the newest generations.
