Distilled by Ian Hart in his back garden shed in Highgate, this is the smallest commercial distillery in existence. The name derives form the inclusion of Frankincense (Boswellia sacra) as one of 12 botanicals each distilled separately at varying low temperatures and at low pressure in a glass vacuum rather than a pot still. The flavours remain very fresh as a result - the gin is bold with juniper and citrus and cardamom notes and a rich creamy texture.
