A very English rich, dark and spiced vermouth. Made using organic wormwood (from Somerset), organic thyme (from the New Forest), English wine (from the Three Choirs Vineyard in Gloucestershire) and some extra macerated peels, herbs and spices. Ideal for serving on the rocks or as an ingredient in cocktails. 18% alcohol with a gently bitter finish.
