The palate is a burst of flavour - zingy, juicy and mouth-watering with intense and delicious flavours of peach and exotic fruits and some herbal notes. Refreshing like freshly squeeze grapefruit.
Sustainably accredited by NZ Winegrowers. Machine harvested. The fruit was de-stemmed and gently pressed in a pneumatic press. Juice was cold settled then racked. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks.
