These wines are also made with lower amounts of sulphites during winemaking and represent genuine terroir expressions.

• Le Petit Clos, Clos Henri Sauvignon Blanc 2018, New Zealand – Vegan

An inviting nose of stony minerality and blood orange, developing into lifted notes of tropical fruits and lingering herbals. The mouth is juicy with flavours of peach and mango and a touch of minerality. Drink on its own or with fresh seafood.

• Dornach, Pinot Bianco Vigneti delle Dolomiti 2016, Italy – Vegan

This is a wonderfully vibrant and complex Pinot Bianco. Bright, fresh pears and lemons on the nose with a hint of nuttiness and a smoky minerality. Perfect with rich fish dishes, shellfish or cured meat.

• Domaine Dominique Cornin, Macon-Chaintré Serreudieres 2018, France

An exuberant and fresh style with great minerality, displaying ripe notes of exotic fruits typical of the Mâconnais. Elegant, refined and gracefully oaked, there is an opulent silky mouthfeel on the palate and a fresh, zesty finish. Pair it with roast chicken or salmon with a creamy sauce.

• I Fabbri, Terre di Lamole, Chianti Classico 2017, Italy

With its 700m of altitude, Lamole is considered the roof of the Chianti Classico, resulting in a light and juicy wine with intense and fragrant notes of violets and red fruits, mild and sweet tannins and a long finish. Ideal with a beef ragù.

• Yangarra Estate, Old Vine Grenache, McLaren Vale 2017, Australia – Biodynamic & Vegan

The nose is a rush of cloves, lavender, dark cherries and raspberries. The palate is rich and mouth-coating. Over time, it will develop dusty rose, dry cocoa, eucalyptus and leathery earthiness aromas. Try it on its own or with classic pairings such as cheese and charcuterie.

• Emiliana Coyam 2018, Chile – Biodynamic & Vegan

Emiliana's iconic blend, this is an elegant and complex wine with crunchy black fruits along with refreshing notes of mint and a hint of black pepper. Perfect match to red meats with rich sauces or flavour-packed dishes.
