Ocho, Anejo 100% Agave Tequila

Ocho Tequila is a collaboration between Thomas Estes and Carlos Camarena. Their Tequila explores the notion of "terroir" and each release is bottled from a single plot (Rancho) in a given year.

On the nose, pineapple, old wood, compost, anise, cinnamon, deep red berry fruit, acetone raciness and burnt caramel. On the palate, layers of stewed red stone fruit, round and sweet, black pepper, earth, menthol, tannins, vanilla, coffee, cacao and old wood.

Sip and savour as you would a quality Brandy or wine.
