• Raventos i Blanc, De Nit Rose, Catalonia 2020 – 48% Xarel-lo, 32% Parellada, 15% Macabeo, 5% Monastrell

A blend of local white grapes with the red Monastrell, resulting in a lovely pale pink sparkling. Aromas of pink grapefruit, raspberry and strawberry and a hint of citrus and apple. Very elegant mousse with a lifted, long finish.

• Pazo Pondal, Leira Albarino, Rias Baixas 2021 – 100% Albarino

Crisp and refreshing aromas of flowers, citrus, white pear and hints of cut grass. Moreish with a delicious salinity, it is ideal with seafood.

• Bodegas Montecillo, Rioja Edicion Limitada 2016 – 70% Tempranillo, 30% Graciano

A mix of a modern and traditional Rioja, this blend of Tempranillo and Graciano has been aged in French and American oak for 22 months. A classy and elegant dinner party wine showing lifted aromas of black fruits, violet with notes of vanilla and sweet spices from the oak ageing.
