• Champagne Hubert Paulet, 1er Cru Rilly Tradition NV, France

This blend of Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir has a beautiful length and complexity with a delicate nose of crisp green fruit and ripe apple and white flowers on the palate. Long lingering acidity and a touch of salinity on the finish. 

• Folium, Sauvignon Blanc Marlborough 2019, New Zealand

Dry and crisp with lovely pure citrus fruit, gooseberry and green pepper with subtle herbal hints and a delicate flinty mineral taste.

• Domaine George, Chablis 1er Cru Montmains Les Butteaux 2019, France

This Premier Cru Chablis is really classy wine, bone dry with pure fruit flavours and exceptional mineral complexity. The incredibly long and pleasant finish makes this a top quality Chablis that's superb with white fish or poached salmon.  

• Evening Land Vineyards, Salem Wine Co Pinot Noir 2018, California

A Burgundian-like Californian wine, this is a gorgeous, textured Pinot with silky tannins, plush plummy fruit with earthy notes on the finish. 

• Bodegas Montecillo, 22 Barricas Rioja Gran Reserva 2011, Spain

Aged for 32 months in new French oak and 4 years in bottle, the wine is robust and deliciously smooth with a very long finish. Bright red fruit and a subtle toasty oak with cloves and black tea. The palate is super-seductive with smooth tannins. One of Rioja's very best Gran Reserva. 

• Chateau Dauphine-Rondillon, Loupiac 2009, France

The Château's top cuvée, this delicious dessert wine has a rich gold colour, intense fruit and fine concentration on the palate. Beautifully balanced with a backbone of acidity, intense aromas of apricot jam, marmalade, honey, nuts, and a touch of vanilla.
