Description

Aromatically very expressive with ripe flat peach, apricot & subtle floral notes of honeysuckle & magnolia. In the mouth it has some fatness yet has crisp acidity. The rich stone fruit flavours are nicely balanced by a brightness, giving this wine a really well balanced, broad finish.

Delivery Information

Cold pre-fermentation maceration from 3 to 5 days. Intense macerations until halfway through the alcoholic fermentation. 30% of the wine is then aged in second use oak barrels from 4 to 6 months
