This is excellent Petit Chablis, pale-straw coloured to eye. Fresh and aromatic with lean and racy citrus peel and green apples. Moving on to the palate the vibrancy sings out with slightly riper fruits and that flinty minerality you crave in a Chablis.

The Grapes are hand harvested and sorted in the vineyard before a cool fermentation and brief aging in stainless steel with minimal intervention.

Located in the very heart of the Chablis appellation, the Durup family vineyards contain a high concentration of steep, well-exposed hillsides of rocky soil, terrain that guarantees the exceptional quality of the wine.
