Description

A wonderful Cotes du Rhone harmonious in it's power and refined freshness. The nose is of rich black fruit and soft peppery spice. There is also an earthiness that can best be described as the smell you experience wandering through vines mid summer. The palate has plenty of fruit, hints of light confiture but miles apart from the all too common over extracted juice bombs so common today.

Traditional vinification with indigenous yeasts. Harvest not de-stemmed and lightly crushed (semi-carbonic). Aging in vats for 8 months.

For more than a century there has been a family house called "Crève Cœur" Leaning against the hill of Séguret. This property became name to the estate wher Pablo's adventure began and where a true passion was born.

After studying chemical engineering in Strasbourg and Montpellier, Pablo decided to return to his native land and become a winegrower and maker. To realize this dream, he trained for 2 years at the DNO in Montpellier. In 2010, came the big leap with the creation of the estate and the acquisition of 2 hectares of old vines in Sablet. The name of the rosé comes from this time when, without premises or equipment, I transformed myself into a “coucou” to carry out each stage of the creation of the wines, from the vine to its bottling. Solidarity between friends was the sine qua non for this adventure.
