The Grapes are hand picked and sorted in the vineyard. After Fermentation the wine is aged for 10 months in French oak barrels (with 10 to 20% new oak)
Bruno trained in Beaune before joining the family domaine. Separating in 2003 Bruno made his first vintage solo in 2004.
Since then, he has been honing his skills and crafting his 22 plots to best represent the magnificent terroir he is blessed with.
He aims to produce delicate, mineral-driven wines with great freshness and drive.
We deliver throughout the United Kingdom and the European Union and all delivery charges for these destinations are enabled in the checkout. We also provide the option to collect from any of our shops.
