Description

An unusual and rarely cultivated variety which was widely grown in the 18th century, but is now almost extinct, also known as Trousseau in the Jura. This is a lighter red with a fresh bite of acidity. Bright red cherry flavours, relatively low in tannins and alcohol, this red is a good partner to salads of all kinds.
