Compass Box, Delilah's XXV, Limited Edition

Delilah's XXV is a Limited Release Compass Box homage to Delilah's, Mike Miller's legendary punk rock whisky bar in Chicago. Originally released to celebrate the bar's 20th anniversary in 2013, this 25th anniversary edition is once again produced in collaboration with Mike. Rich and sweet, with intense yet subtly complex, honeyed and seductive fruity notes, cereals and anilla-cream. Aged in a mixture of first fill American and Sherry barrels with some refill hogshead-aged whisky in the blend. This can be drunk as a shot along with a beer just like at the bar itself, but also works great with a tiny splash of water.
