A fresh, yet fruity white Ventoux. On the nose, pronounced white flowers and a strong hint of Lime zest. Finishing on the palate with an array of fresh fruit: grapefruit, lime and lychee, to name but a few.
The Viognier, which is an early ripening varietal, is harvested first in early September. Cold maceration (skin contact around 8°C) for about 12 hours. The Roussanne and even more the Clairette are harvested later in September. Their fermentation last about 15 days and takes place in stainless steel tank. No oak ageing. The malolactic transformation is blocked to support natural freshness. Bottled at the estate

From the beginning, the winery of Chateau Pesquie was well integrated in its ecosystem. The cellars are carved into a hillsides and are thus perfectly integrated into the landscape. To maintain balance in the soil, fertilization is carried out using only organic, humus-based fertilizers. Chateau Pesquie is determined to respect both animal and plant life and is Certified Organic.
