Only made in the best years and from the oldest vines, this 100% Chardonnay is very intense and fresh with yellow apple aromas, delicate floral and herbal notes and a long toasty and nutty finish. Perfect with roasted poultry or quail and a creamy morel sauce. Dosage: 7g/L (Brut)
