Medium-strong cherry red. Aromas of red forest fruits with hints of rum and delicate spicy notes. On the palate medium extract with lots of fruit and very soft tannins.
Negromaro can make very powerful wines (the name of the grape means "bitter black") but this is all about the fruit, being cool fermented in tank to bring out aromas and flavours of red cherries and plums.

The company is now run by Carlo Botter�s grandchildren, and has established a remarkable reputation for the quality of its wines, exporting some 90% of its production to 35 countries worldwide.
