Description

Made from a blend of barrels from high ranking crus in the Maconnais. Do not be mislead, this is an excellent wine far from the normality of ordinary Macon-Villages! With the emphasis on the vintage's juicy citrus fruit, with some crystalline pear richness, and a chalky, lip-smacking finish. There's so much to enjoy here.

Vinification & Ageing : Hand-picked grapes, whole bunch pressing, 100% vinified and aged in oak barrel (of 228 liters each) for 11 months.

Ever since the 2006 vintage, Bret Brothers has been verified and certified by ECOCERT for its Organic wines In 2013, we produced 10 cuvées certified as Organic Wines (not counting those from our own estate). This is very much a commitment on our part to support sustainable agriculture, in which we are great believers. The wines are all the more vibrant because of this. Production
