Vineyard: on average the vines are more than 40 years old. Winemaking: The Zeledonio is raised exclusively in stainless steel.

Bodegas de Jarauta is located in the warm eastern part of La Rioja. The Jarauta family farms 100 hectares with old vineyards with low yields on calcareous clay soil with many boulders that helps the roots to penetrate deeper and the water to seep into the soil more easily. The varieties grown are typical varieties of Rioja: Tempranillo, Garnacha, Graciano and Mazuelo. One of the vineyards is farmed organic, the rest as sustainable as possible.
