Description

This Txakoli is a cut above the average, retaining all the crisp, fresh, refreshing character one expects from the style, but with an extra dimension of texture that comes from 5 months ageing on lees. Fresh, mineral aromas with a tiny hint of hazelnut. The mineral notes carry through to the palate where they are paired with some ripe citrus for a mouth-filling texture. A precise lemon note cuts through the finish to cleanse the palate. Brilliant food wine.
