The grapes are farmed in a very natural style with minimal intervention. The Cabernet is aged in tank for 2 years and gives fragrance and length. The Pallagrelo Nero is a blend of 8-year wines which have been aged in 2 small barriques, providing the feral, wild, animal notes.

Alepa is a winery born in the late 80s a few kilometers from the majestic Royal Palace of Caserta, in the unspoilt area of the Caiatine Hills where the enchanting natural scenarios reproduced by the painter of the Bourbon court Jacob Philipp Hackert are still a reality. To honor the vocation of these hills rich in biodiversity, the Pallagrello grape was introduced to the Alepa vineyard by Paola Riccio, who has managed the winery since 2002 after moving from the city to live in close contact with nature and seasonal cycles.
