Made by Burgundy specialists Albert Bichot, "Pure" Cremant is 100% Chardonnay from the Cote D'Or from plots specially selected for extended ageing. The wine spends 15 months on the lees and a further 3 months after disgorgement. Bottled with zero dosage, the layered, rich and fresh Chardonnay fruit flavours are enhanced by a delicious biscuitiness and long finish. As classy a Cremant as you could wish for!
