Domaine Jean Guiton, Bourgogne Rouge, 2017

About this wine

La Hachette Wine Guide: "This remarkable pinot noir from the hills of Beaune, signed by Guillaume Guiton, has had a year of barrel aging. This gives it well balance oak tannin that gives a frame to this very balanced wine. On the nose, red fruits compliment the notes of toast. On the palate, it is all roundness and generosity. The raspberry fruit feeds on liquorice aromas. A lovely bottle, which will be aged two to four years before serving on red meats."
