Made from 100% Pical, this is really quite different. Zesty, fresh and clean with herby, grassy notes and a good, long finish.

A fresh, bright and succulent red ideal for chilling and perfect for summer barbecues. A great example of a balanced, easy drinking Sicilian Nero d'Avola.

A gorgeous blend of Syrah, Merlot and Grenache. Lots of vibrant fruit yet dry and really refreshing. A lovely drop...

A powerful and rich Tempranillo (here called Tinto de Toro) based wine from the Toro region west of Ribera and closer to the Atlantic coast. The vineyards are quite high and the climate quite challenging – but vines are never better than when stressed so this dense blackberry – scented number packs quite a punch and will take rich flavours in its stride.

Founded in 1953, Sarria was one of the pioneers of quality winemaking in Navarra but standards slipped until the current owners, the bank of Navarra, put a huge investment programme in place in 2001. Mature vineyards are being revitalised, new vineyards planted and the cellars have been totally overhauled. The results are really showing now with this fresh and stylish unoaked Chardonnay with intense, lively citrus fruit aromas. Quite full on the palate with ripe peach and apricot characters balanced by crisp acidity.

This delicious rose has a bit more weight and depth of flavour than many. A dark, vibrant red in colour with a nose of ripe strawberries, cherries and a hint of warming spice which all follows onto a palate with considerable length, depth and complexity. Perfect for the BBQ!

An exhibitionist is someone larger than life and not afraid to let you know just how great they are. And there is no holding back in this Merlot flirting outrageously with your taste buds. Extravagantly fruity, full of character with a crowd pleasing finish.

An explosion of dark fruits but in a neatly defined and balanced manner. Great entry level wine with character and appeal.

Crisp, herbaceous & vibrant on the nose with a palate of fresh grapefruit, Guava & mango. Unencumbered by oak & free to roam the taste buds. Machine harvesting at night to ensure fruit quality is preserved also must cooling to maximize fruit retention. A well made, clean, easy drinker and excellent party wine.

Amazing pungent aromas reminiscent of a New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc give way to a palate of gooseberry and citrus characters in a fresh and appealing style.

Made from 60% syrah, 30% Grenache Noir and 5% Mouvedré but stainless steel fermentation means no oak just pure spicy fruit flavours with hints of aniseed and an appealing earthy peppery character. Wonderful with a range of hearty foods and red meats.

Bit of a tango in the glass this one- the Malbec adds liquorice & tobacco to the forward cassis character of the Cabernet. Full bodied, but full of youthful freshness.

A fantastic BBQ wine from South Eastern Australia. The Foundstone Shiraz Rose has aromas of cherry, boysenberry and pomegranate giving way to a generous fruit palate of sweet raspberry and cherry, all balanced by a crisp acid finish. Unlike most rose wine it can happily age for a couple of years.

This is great entry level rhone but with outstanding pedigree. The next generation of the family have taken over at Domaine Sabon and with stunning results as this cracking spicy little wine confirms. Normally only available from the cellar door!
