Like Pinot Grigio, Cava has developed a bit of a bad name, but this is really top-end Cava from winemakers who really know what they are doing. It's a lively taste full of apple and stone fruit with some nutty, yeasty character. Great balanced acidity and a long, dry finish. Great fizz!

A really flavoursome rose cava - plenty of fresh red fruit character, dry and refreshing. Excellent value.

From the cooler area of San Rafael south of Mendoza, this is classy, Champagne-like sparkling. A classic blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Quite fresh and dry, with some biscuitty notes.

Tasmania's cool climate allows the island to play home to many of Australia's best sparkling wines and this is certainly one of them. Clover Hill has a fearsome reputation and was awarded Tasmanian Vineyard of the Year in 2005 - the year this sparkler was produced. This is a rich wine on the palate with yeasty, nutty hints and pear and apple flavours. Lively and creamy with a smooth finish.

Grower own champagne made from a blend of 80% Pinot Noir, 10% Chardonnay & 10% Pinot Meunier and aged in bottle for three years before release. Full flavoured and a bright golden colour with rich biscuit characters and great length on the palate. This is great quality champagne at this price level.

A real hidden gem of a sparkling wine from Lombardy in Italy. Made with 100% Chardonnay grapes it has softer, riper fruit than most Champagne but resembles it in style. Beautifully elegant and complex with a delicious creamy texture. There's peachy fruit and subtle mineral qualities as well as a buttery brioche character and hints of almond and honey. A long and sophisticated taste.

A 100% Pinot Noir Champagne aged for three years. The style is rich and toasty. Excellent value.

From a family run business dating back to the 17th century this Champagne is made from 100% pinot noir grapes grown on the estate and some grown by local friends who grow vines. Beautifully balanced with hints of strawberry and raspberry fruit and an elegant dry but clean finish. Hugely popular and great value compared to Laurent Perrier Rose’.
