Delivery Information

Where do we deliver to?
We offer delivery service to any address in the UK and Northern Ireland.

When will your order be delivered?
All orders will be delivered within 7 working days guaranteed. However most orders should be delivered in 3 to 4 days. When delivering to the Scottish Highlands & Islands or Northern Ireland, please allow for a few extra days for delivery.

Can I receive my goods at an alternate address?
If you would like to have your wines delivered to your place of work or an address other than your home all you have to do is select “Alternate Delivery Address” in the delivery section of the check out area.

What happens if I am not there to accept the delivery?
If you are not going to be there to receive the delivery of your wine, don’t worry. You can either designate a safe place for the delivery by filling in the “special instructions section” (for example: leave at back of the house or leave with neighbour) or our courier will leave a card so that you can contact them and rearrange delivery at a more convenient time. Please note if you choose to have your order left with a neighbour or put unsigned outside your premises we cannot hold any responsibility for loss whatsoever.

Can I have my wine delivered on a Saturday?
Yes you can. When selecting your delivery options just select Saturday Delivery. This obviously carries a surcharge to the delivery price. Please see below.

How much does delivery Cost?

What happens if any of my wines are damaged?
If you receive your order and some or all of the bottles are broken or damaged please let us know immediately by contacting us on 020 8940 4482 or sales@thegoodwineshop.co.uk We will arrange for the wine to be collected. Once we have received the damaged goods we can either refund your card or replace them for new wines, depending on your preference.
