Intense notes of vanilla, black cherry fruit and spice on the nose, rich morello cherry and chocolate flavours on the palate make this wine a wonderful match for hearty meat dishes and casseroles. Previous vintages have been widely acclaimed in the press and this 2005 is likely to be no exception.
