Wonderfully light but very seductive, late pick torrontes grapes produce aromatic “grapey” wines with a hint of lychee, pear & lemon. Delightful with fresh fruit puddings of any sort.

This is quite a wine, showing intense aromas of orange rind, apricot and honey. The palate bounces with zesty orange, dried apricot and honey flavours that carry through to a beautifully balanced and persistent finish. Alcohol 11.5%.

Complex nose with clear flavours of mature peaches, apricots and honey, with a delicate background of botrytis. Rich, intense and full bodied with a long and elegant finish where fruit is abundantly apparent.

Aromatic tropical fruit and floral notes make this a very moorish and unique pink dessert wine!

|
Delicious and frivolous, this is lightly effervescent, pink-tinged and slightly, joyfully sweet. The ideal wine to go with Birthday cake!
|
|
Deep gold in colour with intense aromas of honey and hints of ginger follow through to a viscous weighty sweet wine with a lovely underlying citrus edge and superb length on the palate. A "cheat's" ice wine as they freeze the grapes!

Spiced honey on the nose, good length and zippy freshness. Ideal as an sweet aperitif, or with light desserts. Monbazillac makes fabulous dessert wines in the same way as Sauternes - just as delicious but always very good value. Serve with foie gras, Roquefort or fruit tart.

"This has always been my favourite Muscat due to its exotic richness of fruit that sums up this lovely part of the Rhone. The faint pink hue, from skin pigmentation of sun-gorged grapes is an unexpected surprise." Steven Spurrier, Decanter Magazine.

A rich, fortified stickie made from red grenache, aged oxidatively in old barrels - sumptuous and a match for dark chocolate. Raisins, dried fruit, mocha, caramel - this has it all...

Sauternes from the hand of the Master of white Bordeaux Denis Dubourdieu, who is currently Professor of Oenology at Bordeaux University. Great wine-making and great value too.

One of Matthew Jukes' 100 Best Australian Wines of 2010. "Lithe, cool, apple pie and cream notes serenade the senses..." "Cordon Cut is a must have wine on any wine list or in any cellar."

A beautiful, shining gold wine with hints of caramel, honey and exotic fruits on the nose. The palate is luscious and honeyed with notes of apricot and spice and lively acidity. Amazing, lingering finish. Fabulous ageing potential. Will continue to evolve for another 15-20 years.
